Many things can cause Eye bags. the main reason is genes . Stress and physical or mental tiredness can also cause these bags under eyes.  Another thing that might cause eye bag is Allergy. The size of Eye bags or  Puffy eyes are different from the age  to age. As the age increase the size of the fat pad lying below the lower eye lids also will gradually increase.

Home remedies are the best way of reducing the puff of your eyes. Here are some tips to get rid of Eye Bags under your eyes:




Potato Treatment  


one of the best treatment for your puffy eyes is potato. The starch in potato possess an anti-inflammatory impact. which helps to reduce the eye bags under your eyes.
    • Peel a small potato off
    • Slice it an leave it on your eye bags for 15-20 minutes.  
    • Repeat the same process until the eye bags vanish completely. 



Cucumber Therapy


Cucumbers are good resource of Astringent . they are not only make your eyes smooth, but also they help to constrict the blood vesseles and as a result it will reduce the inflammation.

    • If you want them to cool your eyes, put them in fridge for 8-10 minutes.
    • Then take 2 slices of the cucumber and put it on your eyes for 20-25 minutes(until the cucumber get warm on your eyes). 
    • Repeat the process daily until the eye bags disappear.
    • This will also helps you to have a brighter and healthier eyes.




Tea Bags


It doesn't matter what kind of tea you are using for, either black or green tea. the tannins which contains in the tea will help to reduce swelling and the dark circle around your eyes. it will also soften the skin throughout the eyes. Tea Bags are a good remedy for irritated eyes like Eye Stye.

    • If you want to go out and you need to see a qui effect, after drinking your tea, put the tea bags in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
    • Take them out, lie back and place it on your eyes  for 20 minutes. 
    • At the end, wash your face with cold water. 



Drink lots of Water
                                   

Drink plenty of water. lack of water will cause eye bags .  to prevent eye bags ;

    • Drink at least eight glass of water per day. 
    • Don't eat salty food
    • Stay away from the drinks like Alcohol , Coffee or tea which dehydrate the skin and cause your body to loose a  large amount of water.    



Cold Metal Spoon 

Cold spoon is also a temporary way to reduce the eye bags.  Always keep 2-3 steel tea spoon in freezer. each time before going out put them on your eyes. press them onto the eye bags. 
repeat this process until you see the improvement!
